Subband statistics

The above plot is a summary of the subband statistics from all receiver unit (RCU) channels at KAIRA. Typically, all the RCUs will be on the same RCU mode, and hence have similar spectra. In the event of a failure, or if KAIRA is observing in a mixed-mode (e.g. RCU mode-357), then there may be mismatches.

The above plot is a summary of the subband statistics from a limited range of one Low-Band Antenna (LBA) polarisation channel from KAIRA. By dispalying the data as a horizontal waterfall plot, it is possible to see the different effects of things like solar flares, radio-frequency interferences, or electron precipitation.
