Auroral conditions — Kilpisjärvi

This page shows the auroral conditions at Kilpisjärvi. The FMI all-sky camera, and the TGO magentometer are located near to KAIRA. At auroral altitudes (approx. 90–130 km), KAIRA is effectively co-located with these other instruments. The colour KAIRA plot shows the subband statistics for a small range of frequencies, but these data will show auroral electron precipitation if it is present.
