Registrations from Russia
Apologies to our colleagues from Russia. We learnt today (29th May) that the service, which provides registration and payment services to us for the meetings, is blocked in Russia. This is obviously beyond our control, and we cannot, at this late stage, change our service provider. Please use VPN to connect via a server outside Russia to register for the meeting. Maybe your institute has a VPN subscription, or some colleagues have personal ones. That will be by far the easiest way to register. If you do not have any such possibility, please contact us at thomas (dot) ulich (at) sgo (dot) fi and we will try to work out another solution.

Invitation for Visa
When registering for the meeting using the link above, you will be presented with an option to ask for an invitation to obtain a visa for Finland (Schengen Area). You will need the following information readily available when filling the form: your full name as it is in your passport, date and place of your birth, date and place of issue of your passport, passport number, date of expiry of passport. After we have received your information, within a few days we will write the inviation letter and send it to you as a signed and scanned PDF.
