Sodankylä Geophysical Observatory
The 13th EISCAT Workshop and the first part of the EISCAT Radar School was held in Mariehamn, in the beautiful archipelago of the Åland Islands in the south-west of Finland. The second part of the school took place after the workshop at the Sodankylä EISCAT site in Northern Finland.

The workshop and school was jointly organised by the Space Physics Group and the Sodankylä Geophysical Observatory (both part of the University of Oulu), and the Space Research Group of the Finnish Meteorological Institute.
